Not Happy

This is my 2nd review! The 1st was a question that was never answered... Now I would like to know why if I win games my rating doesnt go up? If it does sometimes is just 1 or 2 points... Seriously Im very aggregated with this app (Chess game)... I would appreciate if someone would contact me and explain how does this works... Thank you...
